parkinsonism mainly manifest as slowness due to increased muscle tone..patient has slowness in walking slowness in eating..he or she has generalised bodyaches, heaviness in body. facial expressions decreases so much dat face appears as mask....most important feature is tremulousness of the limbs tremors will first appear in one limb then progress to involve other limbs...slowly slowly body become rigid and patient has difficulty in walking..and later on patient can become bed bound...
