My little boy has some kind of (looks like ringworm) although they do not form like a ring worm infesting his head. They start out as little water bumps. They hurt if squeezed. They itch. After a short while they will seem to be drying up and seem flaky, but if he plays and sweats, out they come again. I have tried several different Fungi cremes. Such as: KETOZAL, WITHFIELDS OINTMENT, TEATREE CREME. I have tried garlic paste, cider vinegar with castor oil and even aloe vera plant's sap. What can it be And how do we cure this?
