blood in stool without pain rules out anal fissure but haemorrhoids can still be the possibility..kindly consult a surgeon for p/r examination

If the colour of blood is bright red, then the cause is local. Most common is upper anal canal injury like piles and fissure. If the colour has turned black then upper gastro intestinal tract problem is there. For piles and fissure if not inflamed then stool softeners like isabgul just, or laxative/purgative like gudlax with high fibre diet will suffice. For other conditions a detailed checkup is needed. Thank you.
