Hello, dere is a big problem in my life. I can't concentrate on my career fr last 5-6yrs. I always feel tired, lazy, irritated. Nd evrytym I always feel demotivated. I really want to do something big in my life. But I couldn't started anything in my cursed life. Pllllzzzz doctor help me, I really wnt to achieve everything. But I don't know where to I start.
