Hi iam 23 years male I'm getting brown blood in my phlegm that too only in the morning from 2 months and I'm sure im not getting that phlegm when I'm coughing it is coming from back of my throat and I don't have any other symptoms my x ray and blood tests were done and they were normal even I had done endoscope for my nose and throat they were clear and I do smoke but I stopped when I observed brown blood in my phlegm.please help
