My wife aged 53 years working as a teacher is facing sleeping disorder problem. Since last 7 to 8 months even she can't sleep without sleeping pills. Even can't get sound sleep after taking 2 tablets of alprex 25. During day time she can't fresh up without crocin. This habit have become as addict since last few months. Here I would like to mention few years back she had sleeping disorder but due to meditations and with help of some ayurveda medicines the problem was mostly removed. Can somebody help her to stop her becoming addict.
