My tooth has completely turned black since long time but it was not paining and nw it has turned sensitive and it pains alot what should I do? Help me out with this tooth pain.

Ma'am I think you are talking about a single tooth if yes then here is my opinion that tooth may have met with an accident which causes change in colour but as its pulp died you had no pain but now infection is reaching in bone which may cause pain please visit a dental surgeon which will take a xray and see whats the case thank you ma'am for asking question I am trying to spread awareness.
