I am 73 years old and suffering from urinary trouble. I have to go to urinate every 2 hours as a result of which I do not have sufficient sleep in the night.

Dear looking to your age mostly cause would be prostate enlargement. Ideally you need to see a urologist and be investigated properly. However for prostate one can try drugs like tamsulosin 0. 4 mg at bedtime which helps a lot of patients. At the same time make sure you are not constipated as it increases the urinary problems.
