My wife had her period last time on 29-jan-2015, she is 42 and i'm 50. A pregnancy test carried out on 15-04-2015 resulted negative. In her last periods she had to take primolute n. Is she pregnant?

We never fully rely on urine pregnancy test. Clinical examination and investigation are best modes. Also according to her age she is nearing her menopause so it might be due to that also. In any case you need to see your gynaec. Taking primolut n may disturb the cycle, that can also be one of the cause.
