There is no need to lie on the bed and can immediately go to washroom. Semen coming out of the vagina after intercourse is normal and happens with everyone. Only one sperm is needed to make you pregnant is is long gone inside the uterus during the act of sex only.

There is no real need for delaying urination or keep lying on bed after intercourse. These are all myths and have no scientific standing. You need to avoid anxiety and try regularly for at least one full year before you start thinking of any advice.
