Hello dr, 24-unmarried i'm suffering from chronic scrotum pain and discomfort along with pelvic pain especially when I sit on rough surface from last 6-7 yrs, I did every possible diagnosis - doppler of scrotum, variety of blood n urine tests with urologists, mri of whole spine, xray of pelvic region-every report is just normal but my pain persist from long time, no reduction no addition it's their as it was their since last 6-7 yrs, i've some observations with it-the pain gets high when I have arousal at night and get mild when not, also when I ejaculate, after one or two days it rises, I strongly believe both pains are interconnected (pelvic and scrotum) sometimes pain went into my leg along with testicle I feel that worst cases too, my question is does it causes due to leakage of semen? If yes then please guide me dr, this is too frustrating thing happening with me.
