I am a 27 year old female, my period is late for 7 days however I took 3 pregnancy test all came back negative. My last period was on november 9 2021 my cycle is 28 sometime 31 days. My symptoms are currently slight headache and slight cramping (which feels like period cramps) what could be the cause of this?
