Hi I am 68 years old and lost my 34 years old son in a accident on 2 sep, 2013. Due to this loss I could not go well as I was before that. Now from the last one month I am feeling pain in my knees. Kindly advise some suitable and affordable medicine/suggestion.

We have sympathy with you. God bless. Please take tab rumalya ds 2 bd with 1. 5 to 2 glasses of lukewarm water. Apply rumalya oil over knee preferably after hot fomentation. Take tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp at bedtime every other day with lukewarm water. Please continue for 2 months initially. No heavy / vatkarak food please. Walk regularly please. Avoid curd.
