For the past one week whenever I have erection I have a small current like feeling on the left side of the shaft of penis. But hus pain in very transient like it happens only once and if I touch at the site of pain there is nothing. Sometimes when am not erect and I try to touch the left side of my penis the same pain occurs but this happens only on the first touch .on repeat touching no pain. Am not sexually active sonit can't be any std .can anyone please help me with the reasons behind this.
