I got my teeth broken half and then it so sensitive. I managed that. But then it got small tiny black patches on it and it is getting more and more patches on nearby teeth. Now it is not getting clear. What should I do to remove that small tiny patches?

Dental x ray will be taken, if blood supply to this is altered due to injury the patch appear, root canal treament wil be done, if not done might be severe pain on have cold or hot drinks will be there.

If the tooth breaks,have the tooth contoured. Fill the crack in. Place a crown on your tooth. If the tooth has been badly damaged and the nerve or pulp is exposed, the dentist may have to perform a root canal to save the tooth. If the tooth has been severely damaged, it may have to be extracted.
