Its around a month I have been suffering from a serious problem that I could not get a healthy sleep all the night, seriously means I am freaking out due to my illness of not being sleep at night, I do really want to solve my issue, or any help likewise any kind of advice upon this. Thanks.

Please do yogasans, meditation and onkar twice a day. Do half hour of pranayam before sleep. Speak your mind with a friend. Laugh a while, be with friends, enjoy life and don't think. You will have good sleep and health.
