Dear sir/mam as all says that water level should be maintain in body. In winters I had reduced the quantity of water because of urinal problem due to winters. But I found that may be due to lack of water my hair is getting grey so I start having water again but now the problem is that my body didn't absorbs the water I drink. Which quantity I drink it escape by urine with in a hour. Please help me what should I do?

Water is essential for the cellular metabolism in the whole body and whatever body wants it will absorb and rest it will get filtered through kidney and it is very much essential for our system so drink minimum 3 liters in a day.
