I have pain in my mouth when I eat spicy food my dentist has told me that I have osmf. What should i do?

You must be having habit of tobacco chewing or smoking. You need to quit this habit immediately. Most of the case it gets better with time only by quitting the habit alone. You might need adjunctive antioxidant and multivitamin therapy. For relief from pain during spicy food intake, you can apply some anthesthetic gel locaaly 10 minutes prior to food intake.
