You may try increase your calcium phosphorus intake by adding a banana to your diet daily along with one another fruit to help you get the required amount of vitamins. Apply luke warm oil (u may use any oil) before going to bed for next 10 consecutive days. Give hot fomentation to your legs and lower back for atleast a week everyday in the morning.
