Bleeding gums are sign of weak gums. To start with you need a dental cleaning of your teeth.

If your tooth has no decay then your teeth must have plaque/calculus (deposits) causing your gums to bleed. Visit your dentist. He may advise you to get your teeth cleaned after inspecting your teeth. Or else you can share your pic.
