Im 18 years old now I feel very tired when walk a small distance. And also I m sweating a lot.

Common causes of tiredness on mild exertion are-- Dehydration ,Low blood sugar,anaemia,diabetes,acute stress,low blood pressure, hyperthyroidism or vitamin b12 deficiency. Get ur BP checked and bl sugar checked too. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Eat healthy diet. Avoid stress and tensions. If u r pale and anaemic,get ur CBC done too. Hope this helps u.
