Hi sir, my father is 57 years old had hbv infection positive since 1year and no symptoms, but he is diabetic also using tablets please recently undergone for treatment for left foot drop, after he recoverd little bit from this. But most recently he got mouth ulcers due to poor hygiene and we consulted dentist he cleaned and no problem, during this time we done blood tests found thrombocytopenia and lecucocytopenia then we gone for bm biopsy found result normal haemopoisis. Now we consulted gasstro enterologist they done, hbv dna test and endoscopy. Normal endoscopy and hbv test is 83 crores/ml. After please please cbc was done normocytic, hypochromic and adequate palate let' s. They prescribed antiviral drug entecaveri 0. 5mg. This is costly medicine as we are not having that much money to spend approx rs3000 pm for years. Please suggest any alternative
