My son is three years old. Generally, he doesn't create any problem in having meals. Recently he has stopped consuming the proper quantity of food he used to eat. He is making a strange sound using his teeth. Is it a symptom for having worms in his body? What should I do? Please suggest.

If you have not dewormed yet, it will be wise to give him worm medicines and as you feel, the worms will not make any sound. The making of sound may be subconscious reaction to avoid eating as you might be force feeding him. Just keep the food and ask him to eat and let him decide when and if to eat as he likes.
