Dear sir, cancer is caused by some abnormal signal which usually control the growth of the cells. They are triggered by some carcinogens like tobacco, pollution, pesticides, industrial affluent, radiation exposure etc. They usually present as lump, mostly painless, unexplained weight loss, fever, anaemia, fatigue, non healing ulcer, difficulty in swallowing, altered bowel habits, bleeding etc. When there is uncontrolled growth of cells they start exausting body resources causing weakness, fatigue and organ failure and then start moving to other organs and effect their function aswell.
