MrSatish Kumar, To give any suggestions I need to know her weight, (kgs), height, waist circumference, fasting and PP sugar levels (current), HbA1c%, dietary pattern and extent of exercise done daily. Based on these details I will be able to guide. It is better if you come in a private conversation where I will be able to give specific guidelines. In the mean time she should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads, use whole grain flour for making roti and chapati, (no maida). Exercise daily for at least 1 hour that will help in reducing insulin resistance and improve it's action, plus increase glucose utilisation.
