I'm suffering from near sightedness from last 10 year's. Year by year my spectacle number is increasing in the beginning I t was -1.75 but today it is -4.50.so can you suggest any remedies by which spectacle number will reduce.

You cannot expect miraculous change but it will definitely improve if you consistently follow certain yoga, pranayam including eye exercises and take certain herbals which help improve. Examples include Saptamrit louh, licorice and cow ghee (also included in saptamrit louh), use of black pepper and cow ghee in a prescribed way etc. For details you have to discuss.Role of NUTRITION can not be ignored as well.
