For maintaining diabetes, a regular healthy routine is very important. You should take 8 to 10 seed of fenugreek early in the morning. Take a diet that is high in fibre, low in sugar, low in oil and low in starch. Overall, foods that are low glycemic index food (blood glucose response to certain food) should be used. It is very important for a diabetic patient to be active. Daily move out for morning and evening walk or keep yourself active by performing any form of exercise.
