Being masturbation for over 15 years. I finally realise how bad it has damaged my brain. Am so forgetful. Am insecure. I don't have self confidence. No desire for sex. I tired to stop but it keeps getting harder. I also noticed when I do masturbate I feel my brain stopped functioning, am fast to sleep. Am dizzy and my ears pain. Am doing my best to quit this bad habit. Please kindly advice me doctors as I don't have any support and I can't share this information with any family member.

Hello- masturbation do leads to memory loss. A stressful environment created by long-term sexual exhaustion and over masturbation can lead to inflammation of the nervous system coupled with the accumulation of harmful, pro-oxidant proteins that cause brain cell destruction. The hippocampus, the part of the brain that controls long-term memory and spatial navigation, experiences damage. According to researchers, the glucocorticoids in your body start to damage the hippocampus during the secretion process in exhausted and stressed states (usually associated with over masturbation). Fortunately, ayurveda has a solution for that.
