Hi you have condition achilles tendinitis. You may be having severe pain for the initial few steps after getting up from bed or after being seated for some time. You require rest, avoid stressful activities like running, jumping, heeled shoes/ slippers all the time, hot fomentation morning and night, physiotherapy and medications. May be you haven't provided adequate rest. It will take time.
