My age is 55, female, I don' t have blood sugar or any disease. I am having shoulder pain last one month. I going physiotherapy better now but why this happened, precautionary measuresor any exercise please explain

You can have shoulder pain at this age due to multiple reasons degenerative tears, joint arthrosis, adhesive capsulitis with restriction of movements, inflammation due to multiple reasons. So causes are many but if you are improving with physical therapy, then that is the way to go forwards and keep continuing with it at home as well, take appropriate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as required, and keep yourself physically fit.
