My baby's DPT vaccination is due in 2 days. Shall I go for painless DPT instead of the regular painful DPT? Will that be effective in long run if I go for painless vaccine?

Yes, dpat vaccine (painless) is better in terms of the side effects like pain and fever but the efficacy in terms of immunity and protection is almost the same with both vaccines. But at present the availability of the painless vaccine is poor, so decide accordingly.
