Hi doctor my question was what do you mean by partial thickness tear of the posterior cruciate ligament? And it was dangerous or it will cure with medicines?

It's a ligament in knee joint. It's torn but not completely. It is dangerous if there is laxity and you may need reconstruction surgery arthroscopically. If not lax, then rehabilitation will do the job.
