It is having some thread like structure felt on palpation in perianal region, it started long back with a small pustule which was spurus, after that incident it got normal (i mean no pus or anything) but unfortunately I did not try to visit any doctor neither I have checked it nor I noticed it, but after many years I started with lower abdominal pain for that I looked online and found somewhere that, such pustules may lead to fistula, after checking I found that I am having that thread like structure. Please help me in it.
