I suspected a thickness/lump on skin surface of my labia or I can say at the uppermost starting part of the labia. It feels a little rubbery. It pains while pressing. However it is hard to see anything but I have seen many times there is nothing abnormal on skin surface. Just a thick lump. It is not growing neither movable. It is not causing me any other problem except that it pains while pressing. What is it and how to get rid of it?

You seem to have an abscess forming there and need to see one doctor and treat as she or he suggests.
