I am a handicapped person suffering from spina bifida by birth. And in childhood I have no control on urine. My problem is that I have girlfriend and when I want to sex with her I can't do it because my urine is not in my control. I was afraid if I try to intercourse with her and my urine pass away than it was very embarrassing movement for me. So I want to know is there any medicine which stop my urine for some our that could I make the sex with her. Please help me.

Hi, I am sorry to know about your problem. Urine leak can be due to weak control of urine or an overactive high pressure bladder or an overfilled bladder. Ultrasound and urodynamic study with urethral pressure profilometry will help us diagnose the exact problem and treat accordingly. There are effective medications for each problem.
