I am 41 years old female. I suffer from acidity and gastritis very often. I also suffer from water retention. HAve lot of hair fall. Have been on supplements for 2 months. My small joints and muscles also pain during morning time. Also want to reduce weight. What should I do?

Firstly you must have a good amount of water and fluids in your diet. Avoid junk foods on a regular basis. Include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts in your diet. Avoid crash diets. Include healthy fats like ghee in your diet. Try to have two glasses of water first thing in the morning. Do not skip breakfast. Avoid excessive intake of tea, coffee or aerated drinks.
