My tongue expands heavily during my sleep and this is impacting my teeth and their order. Now over the years I observed that large gaps have formed in my teeth because of this, as the tongue constantly pushes the teeth away. When I pull out my tongue out of my mouth I can see the teeth imprints on all sides of the tongue. It is constantly pushing them. How can we reduce this expanding nature of tongue. What is the solution for this problem? I also have fibromyalgia due to which my entire body muscles are very weak. Can this be the reason behind my tongue expansion. I do not have any other problems, no bp, sugar, no alcohol and general diet only.
