I am feeling pain in the top part of penis and it feels like swollen, veins also get swell up when it changes in size. I was also having problem and irritation during urination. I had my urine r/m test done which reports "increased mucus threads" now my penis is not getting erection and also it hurts when it start to erect. After a hard try it only gets semi erection for a very short time. I am also not feeling morning erection now. Is there any problem or it is due to infection please help me.
