I have abdominal problem. In 2008 I was suffered from typhoid and in 2009 I had get piles diseases. And I am a regular beer drinker and also highly non vegetarian. My digestive system is slow and also I have so much fat. How I will get out of this. I am a regular gym going man and I love chicken and beer. Please solve my problem. I am saurabh thakur 25 years old boy from faridabad. Please suggest me I will get out of this. Thanks.

I can understand your problem. Beer as such will increase weight so you will have to cut down the quantity and in chicken try avoiding leg piece or breast piece, alternative can be boiled /low oil grilled one. Follow a 1000-1200 kcal balanced diet plan. Try avoiding outside spicy street foods as far as possible. In lunch you can take some meal replacer like nestle optifast/medislim. You can do a endoscopy to rule out ulcer in the gut. Otherwise you might have functional bowel disease. Last but not the depressed mind itself leads to overeating and weight gain. Stay cool and optimistic always. All the best.
