Is only 1 birth control pill (novodol) can prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex?

No 1 pill doesn't have the requisite amount of hormones. You can take ipill or unwanted. Of you want to take novodol, take 5 tablets together follow by 5 tablets 12 hours later. There is a risk of severe vomitting however.
