Hi Doc! I am facing a bit problem, can you please help? I feel there's something wrong going around in my head pulse. Sometimes it beats very fast. It feels like too heavy head. I find it hard to focus on anything. It happened to me last summer as well and now also it's started the same thing. I m drinking about 2-3 litres of water. Eating properly as well but I don't really know what's happening. Please advice I have a sitting job at retailer store and I work 10 hrs average daily.
