I hope you are sleeping enough at night. If not, then start sleeping on time. At night take Ashwagandha with milk for good sleep. Half an hour before sleeping keep your mobile away from the bed, do not watch tv and relax. Try to read a good book that calms your brain and body. Last but not the least, eat a very healthy diet
