I am 29 years old and I have indigestion and gas since 2 years. please advise treatment.

To ged rid of indigestion, your diet should be very light i. E. Easy to digest like green leafy vegetables, khichri, buttermilk, fresh fruits etc. Take 5-6 times a day but small meals. Take ajmodadi churna 3 grams three times a day with one chitrakadi vati with warm water. Keep at least two hours gap between dinner and sleep. No sweets and fruits just after food.
