I have a stool problem. My stool is not clear. Everyone says drink plenty of water it can make the stomach clear. Even I do not eat junk food. I am very conscious about the food. What shall I do?

Eat 200 g. Of fruits and 100 g of leafy vegetable every day. Drink 3 litres of water. Eat 20 g. Of black raisins after dinner. And take triphala choorn 15 g. Twice a day after food with warm water. You will be alright.
