I am nowadays feeling a bit drowsy due to my hectic schedule what should I do to get relief from the body pain I am getting from it?

Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Maintain a regular sleeping routine. If hectic schedule then try to take nap in between. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Avoid fatty foods. Hope this helps u
