I am 22 yrs. I have masturbate since 11 yr. 1 year ago from now .a pain felt in urethral opening during masturbation. After few hour, frequently urination happened and no inflammation and burning sensation happened. No infection .usg done. All clear. After 2 months e.coli infection found. And treated it completely. Now urine leakage happened immediate after urination and penile irritation always. Left testicles discomfort and that pain radiating in left leg. Buttock.pain in groin area. Why?
