Hi, I am a 36 years old male, working in it mnc for 15 years. I am a known hard worker and have risen fast through the ranks. I am married happily with a 5 month old baby. My issue is, for past one year I am increasingly getting stressed out due to work responsibilities. My management is not sympathetic. I tried changing assignments but it nothing to reduce anxiety. Each meeting, each delivery mikestone is a trigger for stress nowadays. I am not able to relax even on weekends because the thought of what would happen next week, always runs at the back of my mind. My life has become a living hell. I had some hobbies, which has taken a complete backseat. While my other colleagues who are in same company seems to be managing the stress relatively well. I am perpetually perplexed about failure, I have never failed a project delivery in the past and having to constantly uphold the reputation by stretching more and more is taking a vicious toll on my mind and body. Please help.
