Dear sir I have suffering fissure still 2 weeks can I Reduce without surgery which foods I eating fissure gone after can I continue doing workout (gym)

Food fibre diet, avoid all constipating food, less spice, have easabgol husk twice 2 tsf deforestation main meals with a glass of water about 30 min before meals, liq loose 3 tsf hs, spinach, daliya (porridge), main diet start gym no problem if minimal pain gradually.
