I have pain in my knees. Mussels in upper legs and lower ones get stiffened when I try to walk more than 500 yards. Please suggest me the points to be pressed and whole procedure to be adopted.

This is because of age related arthritis of knee joints. Go for a regular walk either morning or evening. Walk with proper shoes. Walking with chappals will increase pain and stiffness. Walk at your comfortable speed. Walk on even surface. Walk in areas where there is sufficient light to avoid falls. Do not sit on floor. Restrict stair climbing to minimum. While sleeping on your back, keep a pillow under the knees. While sleeping on side, keep a pillow between the knees.
