I feel very bad pain during menstrual days. Those five days are really very difficult for me. Please guide me how to get rid from it?

Have good nutrition first of all. Drink plenty of juices, soups and water. For pain use hot water bag fomentation. Also get some basic investigations done e. G. Sonography abdomen to find out for any structural problems (if any. Have simple food for next few days avoiding fried, junk, oily, spicy food items. Drink lot of water. Do not lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. Have a walk instead. Maintain good bowel habits. Some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.
